Founders offers graphite core wash solutions to help improve casting performance, surface finish, and core protection. Depending on the application, we can apply either water-based or alcohol-based graphite washes to support different foundry requirements, drying methods, and production conditions.

Core washes create a protective barrier between the sand core and molten metal, helping reduce metal penetration, improve casting surface quality, and support cleaner shakeout.
